Tax Collector
Important Property Tax Information
Every year we send out property tax bills in November or early December and the payments are typically due during December. We do this once each year.
We do not send duplicates to your lender as a matter of policy. However, several lending service centers request tax bills on behalf of banks that carry escrow accounts. We send out several hundred property tax data to these services each year.
If you are looking for a copy of a paid tax bill anytime of the year, please send an e-mail request with the property address, our office will not send duplicate tax bills or receipts through regular mail. Thank you.
Please be sure you know if your taxes are to be paid from an escrow account or if you are responsible.
The Betterment supplemental tax for residents on Lavenger Lane and Spring Hill Road will be payable every year for the duration of the betterment and will appear on the bill we send to you. Please be aware if this amount is also held in escrow or if you pay it.
If your mailing address has changed in the last year or you have any doubt we have your correct mailing address, please send a notice to [email protected] before October 15, 2026.
Also – if you will be out of town in November-December and want to receive your tax bill at that address, please let us know.
Thank you, and we look forward to serving you!
