Planning Board
The Planning Board works closely with the Select Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Conservation Commission, Historic District Commission, Building Inspector, State and County officials, and Townspeople of New Castle, in order to carry out its zoning and planning functions for the Town.
Approved minutes are posted on the web site. Draft minutes are not posted on the web, but hard copies are available through the Town Clerk's office during office hours.
The establishment and composition of local land use boards are controlled by RSA Chapter 673.
